DAFFODIL SOCIETY SPRING FLOWER & GARDENING SHOW
Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th April
Springfields Events & Conference Centre
The Lincolnshire Daffodil Society, in association with the charity, Springfields Horticultural Society have come together to help celebrate Lincolnshire’s daffodil flower and bulb growing heritage. The Event will include competitions for daffodil enthusiasts, schools and other groups, as well as further classes for digital photo and painting entries in a range of age categories as well as “fun” competitions for pallet gardens, veggie sculptures and veggie mosaics. Other exhibits and displays will include a landscaped show garden entered by the gardening team from Springfields Festival Gardens, and a display of bowls of daffodils from Chelsea gold winners, Walkers Bulbs.

The show organisers are inviting gardening equipment suppliers, gardens designers, landscapers and growers to exhibit and sell to the enthusiastic gardeners who attend the show. Indoor trade stand spaces of 3m x 2m are available as well as plots for the construction of designer display gardens or special features. Additional outdoor space can also be made available for larger equipment or for exhibitors with their own display marquees or portable exhibits.

For more information on trade stand space or the pallet and veggie competitions, or for any other information, please contact the Show Administrator, Inga Maxwell at Springfields Horticultural Society on 01775 724843 or email:  admin@springfields.net

For details of the daffodil competition classes please download entry forms from www.LincsDaffodil.co.uk or telephone 01526 888229 for additional information about showing daffodils.

The Event is open from 10.00am to 4.00pm on both days and entry is just £1 for adults (accompanied children under 16 free). Presentation of the competition trophies will be made by Lady Bruce-Gardyne, President of the Lincolnshire Daffodil Society, at 1.30pm on the Saturday.
